Please read and follow these instructions carefully to ensure successful completion and certification.

1. Course Structure:
   This course consists of approximately 8 hours of content. You are free to complete it at your own pace, but you must follow the course in order and cannot skip any lessons.
   
   
2. Videos and Quizzes: You must watch all videos in their entirety and complete all quizzes and activities. These are essential to your learning and are required for successful completion of the course.
   
   
3. Final Exam and Answers: After completing the lessons, you will take the final exam. Please be mindful of the answers you select during the quizzes and final exam, as you cannot go back and change your answers once they are submitted. Once your answers are submitted, they are final.
   
   
4. Certificate Issuance: Once you complete the course and submit your answers, your course will be sent for review. If your responses meet the necessary criteria, a certificate will be issued. You can then send the certificate to Canfitpro to claim your 4 CECs.
   
   
5. Important Note on Compliance: If you do not follow the course structure, skip quizzes or activities, or fail to complete the necessary steps, you will not be issued a certificate. In this case, you will be required to redo the course and pay the fee again. Please ensure you complete all required components to receive your certificate.
